A Daily Self Care Checklist

Sometimes I find that when my anxiety is at an all-time high, the only way I can get anything done is by breaking things down as simply as possible. When days are particularly hard, sometimes you can't even come up with the things that will make you feel better or will help you take care of yourself. This is why it is important to have a list already on hand, here is one of my favorites
